Day 1- Lemon Detox Diet
This morning, I started my lemon detox diet program. I hope it lasts for 7 days. The recipe is that I mixed lemons, cayenne pepper, and organic maple syrup. Surprisingly, it tastes GOOD!
I am hoping I can loose 15-20 pounds in a short period of time. I will also go to the gym to keep my body healthy! :D
